We will work closely with your event vendors to ensure a smooth operation from load-in and set-up to the completion of your event. If conditions at your home or venue warrant it, Buffalo Valet, LLC. will obtain off-site parking and shuttles to quickly get your guests to and from your event.

Buffalo Valet, LLC. has the resources to take care of all municipal permitting including business licenses, encroachment permits, meter-use permits, installing temporary "No Parking" signs and full or partial street closures.

Buffalo Valet, LLC. maintains a comprehensive insurance policy including General Liability, Garagekeeper's Legal Liability and Worker's Compensation. Certificates of insurance naming you additionally insured are available to all clients. Buffalo Valet, LLC. will provide all the necessary signage and equipment needed for your event including walkie-talkies, claim checks, safety cones, key storage boxes, and flashlights.

Q How do I choose a valet service?
A Once you have decided to hire a valet service there are some important questions you need to ask the operator. You should ask how long the company has been in business to ascertain their dependability and reliability. What are their attendants like? Your hired valets will be in front of your home or business and are a reflection of you to your guests. Some hosts let their party coordinator or caterer hire the valet company for them. This is great, but it is still important that you, as the host, know who that company is and what type of service they provide. Can the parking attendants communicate with your guests? Are they in uniform? And is the company insured?
